The rates for a 100-word ad (not including contact information) are $14 per month with a 3-month minimum, or $70 for six months (equals one month free), or $140 per year (equals two months free).

This includes 2 photos which we will scan or which you may e-mail to us (limit each photo to 1 MG please). Extra photos may be added for $2/month/photo.

For a link to your own website about this property, there is an additional charge of $2 per month, $10 for six months, or $20 per year.

Are you tempted to sign up for a longer time period in order to get a lower monthly rate, but concerned about wasting money if you sell your property before the end of the advertising period? Consider our refund policy: if you sell your property and want to remove the ad, we will provide a refund for any full months remaining in the advertising period beyond the 3-month minimum.

Fraudulent inquiries do occur occasionally. Recently an email inquirer from abroad made requests for bank accounts numbers for depositing rental funds. While this may or may not be legitimate, it is not considered advisable by the bank we checked with. Other payment methods may be slower, but more secure. Likewise, do not agree to accept checks in excess of the agreed upon amount with the understanding you will send back an excess amount. This is a classic Internet fraud scheme where the check sent to you is ultimately found to be bad. In addition, a FSBO email inquirer asked immediately about the exact price, so that he could send payment. On follow up, he wanted to enter into a big business deal from abroad that was obviously a hoax.

So be cautious regarding any transactions whether from the US or abroad. Fraudulent inquiries are happening on other websites, too, but we also know that our advertisers are getting many legitimate inquiries and renting and selling their properties. Most advertisers report satisfaction with their inquiries.
